Still life offers excellent opportunities for observing the surprising nature of light and the complexity of color. Students will develop their perceptual skills while also better understanding form, space, and composition. We will learn from master and contemporary painters. As the class progresses students will be encouraged to think about their own approach to still life. This class is open to all levels.
